Mockingjay is the story of 13 districts of Panem. Katniss Everdeen is the main character of this story 13 districts were controlled by rebels of that time and Capitol is the current leader of that violent movement. Katniss fights against the rebels between this war rebels burn out her house. But fortunately, she survived this attack but her house totally vanished. Gale was escaped successfully at the time of the attack. After a fight for years against this violent and brutal movement, Katniss took control of some areas. But many hurdles still remain. She needs to control all areas and for this purpose 100s of life required because freedom wants died body.
